Interesting Npcs New Vegas
Ranger Milo
Fallout new vegas npc base id's? Honest Hearts - I loved the environment and the back story involving the burned man was so interesting but they did hardly anything with that story. It was also too short and easy. Not really a challenge unless you attempt it on a low level and therefore the only challenge is how hard it is to kill the enemy.

dialogue
Ranger Milo is an NCR Ranger living in the Mojave Wasteland in 2281. He is found patrolling at a small NCR checkpoint on the road heading east to Nelson.
BackgroundEdit
He saved many NCR troopers during the Battle of Nelson. An uncompromising individual, he is not pleased by the Legion's use of NCR hostages to discourage attacks, and believes that killing them is the only way to get his troops to retaliate.

QuestsEdit
Interesting Npcs Romance
- Back in Your Own Backyard: Once the Courier has gotten to an NCR checkpoint, Milo will ask them for assistance if they have a good rep with the NCR, or if they pass a Speech check 35.
Other interactionsEdit
- He will warn the Courier of the danger up ahead, as Caesar's Legion has captured the nearby Camp Nelson (if they have a high reputation with the NCR he will let them through).
- Milo will joke about a 'few dozen' doses of Psycho (24), claiming it would get the weepy soldiers moving down the hill to attack, but if the Courier actually has the Psycho, he will say he is impressed (granting small NCR fame) but was only joking.
- He will remark upon the reputation the Courier currently has with the NCR when they introduce themselves. He seems to look down on the NCR troopers, considering them inferior.
- He will also respond to your Terrifying Presence after threatening you with his suspicion on siding with the Legion if you walk into Nelson alone. This will cause him to cower in fear, allowing no more dialogue.

NotesEdit
Interesting Npcs New Vegas List
- He has named his cowboy repeater 'Carmine,' but it is just a standard repeater.
- In dialogue with him, one can choose to identify the Courier by name, one of the rare cases in the game where the Courier's name is used.
- If the Courier's Intelligence is lower than 4 when first meeting Ranger Milo, he will inform them that some 'Legion snakes' are held up in Nelson to which the Courier can respond 'Snakes are small. Why don't you just use a gun or whatever to shoot them.' He will then call you a 'special folk' and explain that they are not really snakes but 'like snakes.'
AppearancesEdit
Server unexpectedly closed network connection ssh. Ranger Milo appears only in Fallout: New Vegas.
Perhaps it was my subconscious at work when I named this chain-smoking, F-Bomb dropping, kick you in the teeth prostitute Alice. I was just trying to think of a name that would be both porny and civilized – something that would fly in either world. Plain coincidence that Alice Bell liked her enough to voice her. Wasn’t baiting her at all.
With a big assist from nonoodles, we’ve finished one, two, three…FOUR quests now, along with a couple of background NPCs. Just need voices, so please audition if you got the time or the gumption. Oh yeah, we’re moving on up, to the Westside.
