After you upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, no wireless networks are listed as available. This is true even though the wireless network adapter seems to function correctly. If you restart the computer or you try to reinstall the wireless network adapter driver, this does not resolve the problem.
This problem may also prevent wired Ethernet connections from functioning correctly. This affects connections that are made through either a built-in Ethernet adapter or a USB Ethernet adapter.

Issue 1: Unsupported VPN software

This issue has been reported to Microsoft to occur when older versions of the Cisco VPN client and SonicWall Global VPN client are used. You should contact their VPN vendor to obtain software that is supported for use on Windows 10.

Dell Inspirion 15. Windows 10. AMD graphics card. On the hardline other PCs are getting 200mbps while Im only getting 14mbps on the wifi.
I've turned off firewall.
Updates/Unistalled the drivers (dell wlan 1397)
Uninstalled AMD quick stream.
Used the commands
Reset WINSOCK entries to installation defaults: netsh winsock reset catalog
Reset IPv4 TCP/IP stack to installation defaults. netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
Reset IPv6 TCP/IP stack to installation defaults. netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log
Factory reset the laptop and nothing had increased speeds.
Any suggestions?
