May 24, 2016 - My very first mod im actually uploading wooootttt!!!! This is a simple mod that makes the Berserker syringe from the syringer rifle affect higher.

Syringer ammo is a type of ammunition in Fallout 4.
CharacteristicsEdit
Chemistry stations are used to craft these ballistic injectables. There are many variants of this ammunition that have varying effects. Each syringe will cost a different amount of materials to craft, depending on the syringe.

- The ammo is located in the aid section of the Pip-Boy; therefore, the Sole Survivor can inject themselves with any of these as they will all work on the player.
- Bloatfly larva syringe can be used to farm legendary bloatflies from any non legendary enemies. However the level of the dropped legendary items is rather low, as is the level of the bloatflies themselves (1-27).

For those who didn’t play FO4, Syringer is a common weapon in Hospital that fires Syringes putting doses to enemies. If you’re focused in quest well you could find one in the location of the last mission of “Silver Shroud Mission”. Sadly it’s a bad weapon. Some Syringes are level locked making it useless to high level enemies. Damaging Syringes are useless since you will spend a bunch of items just to create an ammo that could deal a damage equal to 5 10mm pistol or better and these ammo are much easier to find than finding certain items.
What Syringe are useful? Bloatfly, Lock Joint, Yellow Belly, Pacify thingy and Mind Cloud. Bloatfly allows you to spawn a bloatfly upon an enemy death. Why it is useful? It could spawn a legendary Bloatfly which could drop legendary weapons and armors. Lock Joint stuns an enemy nuff said. Yellow Belly forces an enemy to retreat reducing the number of enemies. Mind Cloud allows you to reengage stealth since your enemy would be blind. Pacify well pacifies the enemy for a short duration which allows you to steal enemy weapons before they become hostile again. Most of them are useless since they are level locked or just plain useless.
So I want to improve on some parts since Syringer. By allowing ourselves to fire Stimpak in Syringer well we could heal our allies in a distant, additionally allowing use to fire buffs Syringes will certainly improve Syringer quite well. A Buffout Syringe will be useful or even Jet Syringe. This will allow us to chem our allies without giving themselves chems. Make damaging Syringe easier to craft but only deals “over time damage” so that it would not make weapons like Pistol useless. Perks that could work well with Syringer would be useful. If you played FO4 there is only one perk that could improve Syringer and you know it as Sniper. By putting healing syringes well we could now put Medic to buff healing fired to your allies and you ally doesn’t have to worry about investing in Medic Perks.
Tldr: Make syringer more useful by putting Healing and buffing syringes instead of focusing in debuff syringes while having perks to buff healing so that allies with not medic perk could heal higher while also having easier to craft Damaging syringes
